1.4 算例
模態(tài)分析結(jié)果的正確性直接受總體剛度矩陣和總體質(zhì)量矩陣影響,因此我們采用一個多Part手機(jī)模型的模態(tài)分析來驗證本節(jié)內(nèi)容的正確性。此次驗證,依然使用自研求解器iSolver與Abaqus計算結(jié)果對比的方式。
1.4.1 算例說明
如圖,此手機(jī)模型Assembly由12個Part組成,Part之間采用K-Coupling連接。
1.4.2 模態(tài)分析結(jié)果
iSolver與Abaqus計算頻率結(jié)果誤差小于2%,由此可以證明iSolver計算得到的總體剛度矩陣和總體質(zhì)量矩陣與Abaqus一致,驗證了本文對于多Part模型總裝矩陣組裝流程的猜測。

本章介紹了Part、Instance與Assembly三者之間的關(guān)系,分析了Instance的網(wǎng)格形成原理,也簡單猜測了一下Abaqus的內(nèi)部組裝實現(xiàn)流程,最后通過一個算例來驗證。

在Abaqus軟件中,用戶在完成建模并保存為.cae格式文件后,會遇到一個令人困擾的問題:當(dāng)再次打開該文件時,發(fā)現(xiàn)部件Part界面正常顯示模型,但裝配Assembly界面里的模型消失,只剩下坐標(biāo)軸。
明明是可以正常計算的?????? ,明明是可以正常顯示的?????? ,明明都是設(shè)置好的?????? ......
明明很愛你的,明明想靠近... 說多了都是眼淚... ??????
2.問題分析
我們言歸正傳,嘗試了很多次后發(fā)現(xiàn)問題可能是裝配Assembly界面里特征Features導(dǎo)致的。
3.問題解決
我這里給大家拋磚引玉,提供一種解決方法,可以兩步搞定。如果有更好的方法,歡迎大家討論分享??????。
1.將Instances與Features里的全部文件同時刪除。(PS:只刪除當(dāng)方面沒用,別問我咋知道的??????)
2.創(chuàng)建新的Instances,就OK了。等一下,先別劃走。
4.存在問題
雖然裝配Assembly界面里的模型恢復(fù)了,但是別忘了,你是重新創(chuàng)建的Instances??????。算然網(wǎng)格、分析步還在,但接觸和約束需要重新設(shè)置。
該方法適合模型很簡單的寶寶們,那模型復(fù)雜怎么辦???????
