模型為四層結構,各層之間粘接連接起來,在頂層SiN薄膜中施加沿半徑方向的力,觀察各層薄膜滑移與相對彎曲情況。
建立模型為四分之一圓模型,通過接觸單元contact174連接,運用TB,,,BILI命令定義接觸區域材料屬性。由于上面三層薄膜厚度遠小于襯底厚度,為了簡化模型 定義頂層三層薄膜全部為一體 只有襯底和二氧化硅層之間會滑移。四分之一模型關于截面對稱。計算使整個四分之一模型的中軸線保持不動。接觸單元的選項和實常數設置為:
