A rotordynamic model of a rotor with unbalances and axial rub-impact is established using
Lagrangian equation, with the integration of the axial rub-impact force model into it. The dynamic responses are obtained
using ODE solvers in MATLAB. The dynamic behaviors of the rotor are demonstrated by means of waveforms, frequency
spectrums, orbit trails, Poincare maps, and bifurcation diagrams. It is concluded that the dynamic behaviors of axial rubimpact
are quite distinct from those of radial ones, and that the dynamic behaviors of axial vibration are essential to the
diagnostics of axial rub-impact. In addition, an internal bending–torsion coupling phenomenon is disclosed.

座椅機構自動識別與調整
現代汽車座椅集成了前后滑道、坐墊升降、靠背傾角、頭枕高度等多個自由度的調節機構。
真三軸動力加載系統:代碼預設了標準的真三軸初始地應力環境,并集成沖擊荷載(Dynamic Impact)觸發機制。
邏輯清晰的 clump group 與 geometry group 分類,方便后續的數據提取、云圖顯示及屬性賦值。

PFC6.0代碼:包含模型初始化、CAD 導入、接觸定義。
操作步驟:
打開“分析” → “Abaqus” → “工況管理器”
點擊“新增”,創建工況名為“Side_Impact”
工況類型選擇“靜力學(Static, General)”
