應(yīng)該如何調(diào)試
展開 最近看到有許多用abaqus軟件做有限元的朋友碰到這樣一個問題:
Too many attempts made for this increments。
這個錯誤產(chǎn)生的深層次原因在于,abaqus系統(tǒng)在求解非線性微分方程時采用的是迭代求解,當?shù)蠼獯螖?shù)大于5次(可以設(shè)置)或者增量步小于用戶設(shè)定的最小增量步(可以設(shè)置)時,就意味著迭代求解的失敗,也就是所謂的求解不收斂。這樣一個問題是一個看似青銅,實則王者的問題,很多人都碰到過這樣一個問題,這是做非線性有限元分析不可避免的。很多人在初次碰到該問題時往往茫然不知所措,而導致不收斂的原因有很多,一般對于初學ABAQUS的新手來說解決起來相當棘手,即使對于一些老鳥也需要花費不少的心思去優(yōu)化模型。作者在做橡膠材料的許多模擬時也經(jīng)常碰到這個問題,橡膠試件具有材料非線性(超彈性,粘彈性),幾何非線性(大變形),另外往往還有邊界條件的非線性(邊界條件的突變,比如接觸問題)等等,可以說是非線性分析中的戰(zhàn)斗機了。本文將根據(jù)個人仿真和解決問題的經(jīng)驗,給大家提供一些解決思路,但是個人的見識有限,沒辦法窮舉所有的解決方案,對于具體問題還應(yīng)該具體分析。給出的建議將主要包括以下模塊部分參數(shù)的說明:材料、載荷步、相互作用條件、載荷和網(wǎng)格劃分等。

展開 基于模型的RAMS解決方案MADe(Maintenance Aware Design environment),通過使用功能模擬并基于潛在技術(shù)、能力和經(jīng)濟影響,來持續(xù)地識別和降低工程風險。MADe是一個基于模型的工程決策支持解決方案,具有與PLM的集成工具鏈,同時MADe也支持并行分析,以確保設(shè)計和維護決策在技術(shù)上是有效的,在經(jīng)濟上是合理的。
MADe基于模型的RAMS分析主要分為三個階段:設(shè)計、發(fā)現(xiàn)和交付,并通過這三個階段完成產(chǎn)品的功能建模、安全性分析、可靠性分析、可維護性分析、產(chǎn)品認證以及基于CBM(Condition-Based Maintenance,狀態(tài)檢修)設(shè)計和診斷。

任何設(shè)計過程的目標都是實現(xiàn)其所需功能的安全、可靠和成本有效的系統(tǒng)。當前情況下,任務(wù)和安全關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性迅速增加,分布式設(shè)計責任的“新規(guī)范”(地理上分散的辦公室,組織內(nèi)的功能劃分,增加供應(yīng)鏈中的設(shè)計責任),數(shù)字設(shè)計工具(CAD、PLM)和在Excel中采用傳統(tǒng)的手工(或類似的)分析工具及方法之間的嚴重脫節(jié)等問題是較為普遍的現(xiàn)象,而在這種環(huán)境下要實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的安全和可靠性目標已經(jīng)變得不可能。
MADe采用了基于模型的技術(shù)來解決上述問題,其模型中的每個塊都與關(guān)鍵屬性或參數(shù)相關(guān),包括功能描述、故障信息、每個塊的臨界狀態(tài)(原因、機制、故障、癥狀)等。
MADe可用于設(shè)計平臺(設(shè)計過程的所有階段)或現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的功能需求建模。隨著設(shè)計的成熟,確定了具體的設(shè)備,可以將約束層級添加到系統(tǒng)、子系統(tǒng)、組件、組件和部件的模型中(如果需要進行分析)。
展開 A subcontractor made a tool and during the first trial of part sampling a problem with warpage appeared. The part was unacceptable warped in the area as visible in the picture (Fig. 1)
So there was made a simulation based on the real parameters of the tool (the whole tool was made from steel) and process conditions (Fig. 2)

The warpage results corresponded with the real part as visible in the pictures (Fig.3a, 3b)
During the results analysis the possible reason of the unacceptable warpage was found. The cooling in the critical area was not sufficient enough and the temperature difference on the tool surface was up to 50°C (Fig.4a,4b).

2) Zero pivot 表示:過約束
