(2)施工電梯規劃
施工電梯的規劃可以根據現有的建筑場地模型以及施工方案確定。根據BIM模型能夠直觀地判斷出施工電梯所在的位置,與建筑物主體結構的連接關系,以及今后場地布置中人流、物流的疏散通道的關系。還可以在施工前了解今后外幕墻施工與施工電梯間的碰撞位置,以便及早出具相關的外幕墻施工方案,以及施工電梯的拆除方案。

本做法適用于腳手架、塔 吊、施工電梯等穿墻鋼管或懸挑型鋼等孔洞的封堵。一般情況下,小于 50mm 的 孔洞采用與穿墻對拉螺桿相同的封堵做法;50mm≤孔洞尺寸≤100mm 時,可用干 硬性水泥砂漿(添加防水劑及膨脹劑)參照對拉螺桿封堵做法分次堵塞;當孔洞 大于 100mm 時,采用細石混凝土封堵;所有封堵必須保證密實。
