概述
目前的產品結構設計大多靠經驗，規劃幾種設計方案，結合CAE 分析擇優選取，但規劃的設計方案并不一定是最優方案，故本文講解應用Abaqus 進行結構優化中的拓撲優化設計。
2. 優化設計基礎
2.1 結構優化
結構優化是一種對有限元模型進行多次修改的迭代求解過程，此迭代基于一系列約束條件向設定目標逼近，Abaqus 優化程序就是基于約束條件， 通過更新設計變量修改有限元模型，應用Abaqus進行結構分析，讀取特定求解結果并判定優化方向。
Abaqus提供了兩種基于不同優化方法的用于自動修改有限元模型的優化程序：拓撲優化（Topology optimization）和形狀優化（Shape optimization）。兩種方法均遵從一系列優化目標和約束。
2.2 拓撲優化
拓撲優化是在優化迭代循環中，以最初模型為基礎，在滿足優化約束（比如最小體積或最大位移）的前提下，不斷修改指定優化區域單元的材料屬性（單元密度和剛度），有效地從分析模型中移走單元從而獲得最優設計。其主體思想是把尋求結構最優的拓撲問題轉化為對給定設計區域尋求最優材料的分布問題。
Abaqus拓撲優化提供了兩種算法：通用算法（General Algorithm）和基于條件的算法（Condition-based Algorithm ）。
通用拓撲優化算法是通過調整設計變量的密度和剛度以滿足目標函數和約束，其較為靈活，可以應用到大多數問題中。相反，基于條件的算法則使用節點應變能和應力作為輸入數據，不需要計算設計變量的局部剛度，其更為有效，但能力有限。兩種算法達到優化目標的途徑不同，Abaqus 默認采用的是通用算法。

重新提交計算/換臺電腦計算都不行，換了內存比較大的工作站，計算OK！
