初學有些問題求大哥大姐賜教，多謝
一，模型設置了接觸（硬接觸/小滑移）+綁定+位移邊界條件，施加了重力和靜水壓力，計算成功，但是分析過程中存在嚴重不連續迭代數，警告里有這幾句話，請問是啥意思？
①：For contact pair (assembly_you1-assembly_zuo2), adjusted nodes with very small adjustments were not printed. Specify *preprint,contact=yes for complete printout.
Not all the nodes that do not find intersection with the master surface are printed. However all of these nodes have been included in a node set.
②：For *tie pair (assembly__pickedsurf159-assembly__pickedsurf158), adjusted nodes with very small adjustments were not printed. Specify *preprint,model=yes for complete printout.
二，同樣上述模型，部分六面體網格出現了如下畸形，請問如何改善網格質量？（拖拽結點難以達到，局部使用四面體又需綁定）
