<p> 前言</p><p>使用abaqus分析熱力學計算的例子很多,但是并沒有見有人發過順序耦合和直接完全耦合的對比,而且網上關于熱力耦合分析的教程又很少,而相關書籍上一般都用預定義場分析均勻溫度場,但是對于梯度載荷需要用到順序耦合或完全耦合。
展開 10、把step有熱傳導分析步改為熱力耦合分析步。
11、 BC,熱力耦合需要重新考慮剛體位移的影響,選擇上下邊界的邊界,同時保持前一設置的溫度邊界不變。
12、單元類型同樣要更改為熱力耦合專用的單元(Coupled Temperature-Displacement),查看單元類型為CAX4T
13、 提交計算并查看結果。下圖為Mises應力圖,可以看到,由于左邊溫度高,因此產生的熱應力也相對較大。

The current implementation of the subroutine follows the specifications for user-material subroutines by ABAQUS and is intended primarily for use with ABAQUS.
