5、在導(dǎo)入IGES文件時(shí)出現(xiàn)
Because keypoint merging has not been performed,automatic volume creation is suppressed.
分析：這句警告說明模型里有重合的點(diǎn)
解決辦法：（1）把要導(dǎo)入的.iges文件復(fù)制到ANSYS默認(rèn)保存的目錄，再次打開即可。（2）把要導(dǎo)入的.iges文件保存成.x-t格式的文件，使用SolidWorks等軟件。
對(duì)于稍微復(fù)雜的模型都不建議用iges格式，建議用.prt格式或者.x-t格式
另外推薦大家學(xué)習(xí)ansys workbench
它的接口做的比ansys強(qiáng)很多
6、negative radius on element
出現(xiàn)負(fù)半徑這樣的錯(cuò)誤的原因：
ANSYS里規(guī)定軸對(duì)稱問題跟別的軟件不太一樣。
要求軸線必須是Y軸，而且模型必須畫在x軸的正半邊，如果你的模型畫到X的負(fù)半邊就
會(huì)有所謂負(fù)半徑的提示信息了。

可能：
1)ansys工作目錄所在的硬盤分區(qū)滿了；（可能性很大）
2)系統(tǒng)虛擬內(nèi)存所在的硬盤分區(qū)滿了；（有一定可能性）
3)硬盤有壞道。（可能性較小）
有時(shí)實(shí)際上是其它錯(cuò)誤 (如計(jì)算不收斂等)，卻誤報(bào)為盤空間不夠，因此，需要觀察計(jì)算過程中盤空間的變化，以判斷是否確實(shí)是盤空間的問題。

在k文件運(yùn)行正常的情況下，我試著刪了一些單元，可能也刪了一些空的部件，這些操作不是通過修改k文件完成而是在hyperworks/lsdyna界面中完成，然后導(dǎo)出k文件提交計(jì)算時(shí)出現(xiàn)error 30025 報(bào)不少無質(zhì)量節(jié)點(diǎn)錯(cuò)誤。
導(dǎo)致原因：1、可能是我刪除單元沒有刪除單元節(jié)點(diǎn)，這些無質(zhì)量節(jié)點(diǎn)在hyperworks界面中沒有顯示，在k文件中卻可以搜尋到。2、可能是其他原因（后續(xù)補(bǔ)充）。
解決方法：歡迎大家進(jìn)行交流！待各位交流差不多我再結(jié)合自己的解決辦法進(jìn)行完善匯總。
計(jì)劃后期將lsdyna使用過程中遇到的錯(cuò)誤及解決辦法，盡可能呈現(xiàn)在技術(shù)鄰中。希望遇到相關(guān)問題及有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同志們一起參與討論
展開 CAD出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤異常退出后，如何恢復(fù)圖紙文件?
另外如果文件出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤無法打開，也可以在菜單中選擇：“文件》“繪圖實(shí)用程序》修復(fù)”，嘗試是否能修復(fù)錯(cuò)誤，如果確實(shí)無法修復(fù)，只能用前面介紹的辦法去找備份文件了。
當(dāng)然要想避免發(fā)生上述現(xiàn)象，必須注意下面幾點(diǎn)，設(shè)置合理的自動(dòng)保存間隔時(shí)間，養(yǎng)成隔一段時(shí)間保存一次的習(xí)慣，不要在各種CAD軟件中來回進(jìn)行文件轉(zhuǎn)換，對(duì)于重要文件每天保留一份備份。
特別提醒：如果有從其他軟件，尤其是三維軟件轉(zhuǎn)換過來的數(shù)據(jù)，最好先修復(fù)打開后再編輯，避免存在一些錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)，前期對(duì)圖形沒什么影響，后期經(jīng)過CAD編輯，錯(cuò)誤可能會(huì)不斷累積，直到最終引起圖紙無法打開的問題。
以上技巧適合于AutoCAD、浩辰CAD等通用的CAD軟件。
