ABAQUs提交報錯的實例教程
焊接溫度場已經(jīng)算完了，在計算應(yīng)力的時候，出現(xiàn)The file size exceeds the 16 gb limit on unit 10的錯誤是為什么？
ABAQUS在提交計算之后報錯：
The executable standard.exe aborted with system error code 529697949. Please check the .dat, .msg, and .sta files for error messages if the files exist. If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem, please run the command "abaqus job=support information=support" to report and save your system information. Use the same command to run Abaqus that you used when the problem occurred. Please contact your local Abaqus support office and send them the input file, the file support.log which you just created, the executable name, and the error code.
Job Job-lastmodal2 aborted due to errors.
解決方案：
重新提交計算/換臺電腦計算都不行，換了內(nèi)存比較大的工作站，計算OK！
展開 提交計算的時候有些電腦會提示如下錯誤：
ProCAST 2019提交計算提示：
WARNING: No cached password or password provided.
use '-pass' or '-cache' to provide password
mpid:CreateProcess failed:Cannot execute Files
PAM-FORM 2018、pamrtm2018、PAM-RTM 2018提交計算時提示：
mpid:CreateProcess failed: Cannot execute Files
CreateProcess failed: Cannot execute modle
WARNING: No cached password or password provided.
use '-pass' or'-cache' to provide password
被這個問題困擾了很久，一直沒有找到解決辦法，后來一氣之下把電腦重裝了之后，軟件就能提交計算了，注意是重裝電腦系統(tǒng)，重裝軟件不管用。但是重裝系統(tǒng)不是一個很好的解決辦法，畢竟數(shù)據(jù)無價。
后來發(fā)現(xiàn)還有一種辦法可以解決：
展開 最近在使用HyperStudy與Ls-dyna聯(lián)合仿真進行結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化，首先需要在HyperStudy中注冊Ls-dyna求解器，而可注冊求解器前提要求之一就是能通過腳本提交計算。同時腳本提交在流程自動化、計算便利性等方面有較多應(yīng)用。
我這里使用的版本為LS-DYNA_R11，平時多使用Ls-dyna manger.exe提交計算，一直可正常計算，如下圖1、2、3：

而創(chuàng)建一個txt文本,寫入提交語言，卻報license錯誤（no severs provided），如下圖4：

兩次計算調(diào)用的是同一個求解程序：
smp_s_R11_1_0_winx64_ifort160.exe,但提交方式不同，卻一個可算一個報錯。故經(jīng)對比核實（圖4與圖5），兩者調(diào)用的license不同，一個是check ansys license only,另一個是check local license only。

因同時安裝了ANSYS 2021，打算調(diào)用ANSYS求解器lsdyna.exe計算,結(jié)果要么是腳本啟動不起來，要么同樣報license錯誤。
進一步的原因分析、腳本創(chuàng)建注意事項，解決方案1（獨立版的lsdyna）、解決方案2（ANSYS lsdyna）、hyperstudy注冊求解器等如下：
展開 調(diào)整修改網(wǎng)格尺寸大小，使用mesh verify檢查網(wǎng)格報錯和警告位置，直至關(guān)鍵區(qū)域無高亮報錯和警告；如若仍有警告，可調(diào)節(jié)相互作用。
3、... nodes are missing degree of freedoms. The MPC/Equation/Kinematic coupling constraints. Can not be formed.
問題：節(jié)點缺少自由度，無法形成Mpc/方程/運動學(xué)耦合約束。
解： 可能由于節(jié)點過約束造成報錯，修改網(wǎng)格尺寸大小或者結(jié)構(gòu)邊界處使用倒角過渡（網(wǎng)格尺寸=倒角尺寸*√2）；選擇不含邊界節(jié)點的表面。
4、An error during a write to ......, check the disk space on your system.
問題：在寫入某文件時發(fā)生了一個錯誤，檢查你系統(tǒng)的磁盤空間。
解： 在作業(yè)設(shè)置編輯界面（General選項卡）更改臨時目錄。
5、... nodes be used more than once as a slave node in the *tie keyword or as a reference node in multipe *fastener definitions,remove multipe usage of this node as a slave node or combine the master surfaces together and use this surface instead.
問題：節(jié)點在tie關(guān)鍵字多次用作從節(jié)點或多個緊固件定義中多次用作參考點，刪除此節(jié)點多次用作從節(jié)點的用法，或?qū)⒅髅娼M合在一起并使用次曲面。

1、remond either due to the presence of * CONSTRAZNT controls. No CHANGES keyword or because removing the constraints might affect the model.
問題：節(jié)點在tie關(guān)鍵字中多次用作從節(jié)點，由于存在約束控制，這些約束也沒有被刪除，沒有更改關(guān)鍵字或因為刪除約束可能會影響模型
提交計算的時候有些電腦會提示如下錯誤：

報錯原因：之前計算時候因為磁盤滿或者斷電等原因而中斷了程序
解決辦法：找到占用內(nèi)存的臨時文件并且刪除。
操作步驟：
1. --查找大于300M的文件 find . -
問題出現(xiàn)：
原因分析：
這是由于程序編碼格式導(dǎo)致ABAQUS編碼識別出問題所致
解決辦法：
用記事本打開程序
另存為文件，格式選擇UTF-8
點擊保存即可
