2019Asian Workshop on Theoretical and Applied Mech
The workshop is now calling for participants from Asian and Pacific countries (researchers from other countries are equally welcome) to submit abstracts that are related to various aspects of theoretical and applied mechanics. The topic includes, but not limited to, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, dynamics and control, biomechanics and mechanobiology, applied mechanics, and engineering analyses etc.
All submissions should be completed by sending email to the secretary (lucf@zju.edu.cn) of the Organizing Committee.

展開 中國力學學會參加國際理論與應用力學聯盟2018年全體理事大會
2018年7月22至25日,國際理論與應用力學聯盟(International Union of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics,縮寫為IUTAM)2018年全體理事會于美國波士頓東北大學召開,來自世界各地近100余位代表參加了此次會議。中國力學學會名譽理事、IUTAM資深理事白以龍院士,學會副理事長、IUTAM理事鄭曉靜院士,學會常務理事、IUTAM專題研討會流體組評審委員劉樺教授,學會特邀理事、IUTAM大會委員會委員王建祥教授代表中國參加了此次會議。會議為期3天半,召開了IUTAM全體理事會會議,IUTAM執行局會議,IUTAM專題研討會審議工作組會議,IUTAM大會委員會會議,IUTAM大會委員會執委會議等。
IUTAM針對近兩年以來的重大議題做出決定。如對2020年在意大利米蘭舉辦的ICTAM2020做出規劃和部署,并對征集的2019-2020年IUTAM專題研討會做出審議等。經此次理事會投票決定,學會理事長楊衛院士當選IUTAM理事會選舉委員會委員,另外,劉樺教授,盧天健教授繼續分別擔任IUTAM專題研討會流體組和固體組評審委員,王建祥教授繼續擔任大會委員會委員。除此之外,理事會還通過了3個中國申請承辦的2019-2020年IUTAM專題研討會。
IUTAM(國際理論與應用力學聯盟,International Union of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, 縮寫為IUTAM)是國際科學理事會(International Science Council,縮寫為ISC)成員,中國力學學會1980年正式成為IUTAM國家會員,并一直與IUTAM保持緊密聯系。

ABAQUS input files with a con-trol algorithm to overcome convergence problems in cohesive zone modelling of crack propagation. The code is largely inspired by the work by Segurado and Llorca (2004) on particle fracture in composites.

1. Gain basic understanding of engineering parts in plastic and metal, as well as the tooling & process technology involved.
2. Demonstrate good command of computer-aided design tools, e.g. Creo.
3. Undertake elementary design tasks and sustaining tasks without supervision.
4. To create mechanics documents needed for key milestones (e.g. Mech BOM, TFP′s etc.) and 2D drawings within given design guidelines, standards and procedures.
5. To participate in the planning and follow up on tool trials, support assembly builds, capture and summarize the findings.
