基于comsol的微蠕動(dòng)泵流固耦合分析 ¥2500
</p><p>2. 當(dāng)工藝為連續(xù)操作時(shí),實(shí)際流量應(yīng)與蠕動(dòng)泵的額定流量基本相吻合,如需穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),且流量要求是變化的,則最好選用可調(diào)速蠕動(dòng)泵,且最大流量不應(yīng)超過(guò)泵的額定流量。</p><p>3. 當(dāng)工藝為間歇操作且無(wú)定量要求時(shí),蠕動(dòng)泵的額定流量可以大于所需流量。若有定量要求時(shí),則蠕動(dòng)泵的額定流量應(yīng)與實(shí)際流量基本相符合。</p><p>4. 蠕動(dòng)泵的額定壓力是指該蠕動(dòng)泵在某一功率電機(jī)配備下的工作壓力。蠕動(dòng)泵的實(shí)際工作壓力是由該蠕動(dòng)泵所在系統(tǒng)本身的管道阻力損失及提升高度所決定的。因此,在操作中,系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際工作壓力應(yīng)不大于蠕動(dòng)泵的額定壓力。</p><p>5. 該泵屬于蠕動(dòng)式泵,因而在輸送物料時(shí)具有一定的脈沖。</p><p>6. 蠕動(dòng)泵允許空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。</p><p><br></p><p>本文設(shè)計(jì)了計(jì)算了一個(gè)圓環(huán)狀雙入口蠕動(dòng)泵的流固耦合,分析其流體輸送的能力。</p><p><br></p><p> <img src="https://img.jishulink.com/upload/202008/a624c37dc4544effb0961873a5461450.gif"></p><p><br></p><p><img src="https://img.jishulink.com/upload/202008/c29abfe5c0f049fcb7f2d84588b2b2fd.png"></p><p><br></p>
