求指導，關于Tie,The distance from the master surface is greater than.....
遇見了下面的問題，苦思冥想了好久也沒有解決。ABAQUS 綁定約束 出現以下問題：
Slave surface assembly_set-2_cns_ is a node-based surface used with surface to surface approach. In order to obtain improved stress accuracy with this approach, an element-based surface should be used instead.
For *tie pair (assembly_set-2_cns_-assembly_set-1_cns_), adjustment was specified but no node was adjusted more than the adjustment distance = 2.22000e-16.
Slave node 3 instance part-1-1 will not be tied to the master surface assembly_set-1_cns_. The distance from the master surface is greater than the position tolerance value.
Slave node 4 instance part-1-1 will not be tied to the master surface assembly_set-1_cns_. The distance from the master surface is greater than the position tolerance value.
Slave node 6 instance part-1-1 will not be tied to the master surface assembly_set-1_cns_. The distance from the master surface is greater than the position tolerance value.

tie的意思是把主從面上的所有點綁在一起，限制所有的自由度
為了保證從分析開始tie就開始作用，于是有個關鍵字*adjust
在分析初期，所有在adjust范圍內的點將會被賦予tie約束

所以你的問題是，adjust值給的太小了，從面上的點不能在有效距離中找到主面
