(轉(zhuǎn)帖)用ICEM CFD建立CFX例題模型:有隔空腔中的浮力流

初次按照ICEM CFD例題4.3.1中生成網(wǎng)格時(shí),沒(méi)有生成block,
只是先劃分面網(wǎng)格,后來(lái)extrude mesh,接著生成了一系列的Subsets,
導(dǎo)入CFX5.7時(shí)出錯(cuò):
ERROR
There was a problem importing the mesh from the requested file.
The importing process reported the following problem:


Unable to import mesh: Insufficient memory to 3D region.
后來(lái)用CFX 10.0 導(dǎo)入就沒(méi)有問(wèn)題了,但CFX 5.7讀入CFX 10.0的定義文件*.cfx
時(shí)也出錯(cuò)了:
ERROR
CCL validation failed with message:
Can't call method "allowAnyObject" on an undefined value
at C:\CFX\CFX-5.7\lib\ccl/CCL/Validate/Object.pm line 295.

因此 CFX 10.0計(jì)算時(shí)應(yīng)該注意。


同時(shí)CFX 10.0導(dǎo)入后沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的面(2D_region可以用來(lái)生成邊界條件)

上面問(wèn)題已經(jīng)解決
在 ICEM CFD 中 Parts 中 分別建立相應(yīng)的邊界條件的面。
但如果面劃分網(wǎng)格時(shí)切成幾個(gè)部分時(shí)(上、中、下部三個(gè)矩形,便于劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)網(wǎng) 格),導(dǎo)入CFX 10.0 時(shí)mesh中有幾個(gè)Assembly。在計(jì)算時(shí)進(jìn)行不下去,提示
3 isolated fluid regions were found in domain Buoyant

If the isolated regions do not have the pressure level set either
by the boundary conditions or using a reference pressure equation,
you may encounter severe robustness problems.

This situation may have arisen because a domain interface was not
properly defined during problem setup. Please carefully check
the setup.

The solver will stop now and write a results file. The isolated
regions can be visualised in CFX Post by making plots of the
variable "Isolated Volumes".

If you are sure that the pressure level is set in each isolated
fluid region then you can force the solver to turn off this check
by setting the expert parameter "check isolated regions = f".

建模時(shí) body 不會(huì)輸入到網(wǎng)格中 只有劃分的網(wǎng)格可以輸入


4.
問(wèn)題2中的已經(jīng)解決,在建模時(shí),把不同region間的網(wǎng)格刪除就可以了,呵呵。
