我們的兄弟公司，GN瑞聲達(dá)在中國(guó)的研發(fā)部正在招聘CAE結(jié)構(gòu)工程師（會(huì)有一部分時(shí)間用來(lái)做結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)）。

以下是職責(zé)要求：

　　Position Summary:
　　 Applies mechanical engineering expertise in GN product design.
　　
　　 Main Responsibilities:
　　 1. Gain basic understanding of engineering parts in plastic and metal, as well as the tooling ＆ process technology involved.
　　 2. Demonstrate good command of computer-aided design tools, e.g. Creo.
　　 3. Undertake elementary design tasks and sustaining tasks without supervision.
　　 4. To create mechanics documents needed for key milestones （e.g. Mech BOM, TFP′s etc.） and 2D drawings within given design guidelines, standards and procedures.
　　 5. To participate in the planning and follow up on tool trials, support assembly builds, capture and summarize the findings.
　　 6. To participate in analyzing and carrying out root cause analysis.
　　 7. To work closely with colleagues from different culture as a team.
　　
　　 Qualifications:
　　 1. Bachelor and above, majoring in Mechanics, Polymer science or equivalent
　　 2. No less than two years‘ experience in the development of electronics product is preferred.
　　 3. Professional Requirements:
　　 a） Technical background including plastic, sheet metal and rubber part design and relevant tooling and DFM knowledge, etc.
　　 b） Skillful in Creo or relevant CAD software. Able to apply Top-Down design to create 3D design files and relevant 2D drawing.
　　 c） Experience in FEA analysis or mold flow will be a plus.
　　 4. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
　　 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
　　 6. Take strong initiative to work under high pressure.
　　 7. A good team player.
