Job descriptions
Gerneral Purpose:
The Sales Engineer will be assigned to Industry industrial sales team and carry out sales activities in assigned regions of north China to achieve assigned yearly sales quota and target.
銷售工程師(汽車行業(yè)銷售組)負責在銷售轄區(qū)(華東)執(zhí)行所有銷售相關活動/流程來實現(xiàn)年度銷售目標.
Main Task:
1.Carry out ensuring regular contacts/visits with company’s existing customers to maintain and develop friendship for keeping sustaining business relationships.
定期接觸/拜訪公司既有客戶以維護和發(fā)展友誼并保持長期的業(yè)務關系.
2.Actively exploit/visit to prospective customers informed of related TRUMPF product, service, pricing information and other supports to develop new sales opportunities and establish business relationship with sales orders.
積極開拓/拜訪潛在客戶,提供通快產(chǎn)品、服務、價格等相關信息及支持,促成新的銷售機會、簽訂銷售訂單.
3.Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support customers on complaints/technical knon-how or etc. to resolve whatever issues to ensure customers’ high sactisfication.
跨部門協(xié)作解決客戶投訴、技術等相關問題以保證客戶的滿意度.
4.Implement sales plan or business program, timely provide qualified monthly reporting and initiatively update escalated issues to sales Manager to demonstrate progress in goal achicement.
執(zhí)行銷售計劃和業(yè)務活動,向銷售經(jīng)理定期提交有質(zhì)量的月度報告并實時匯報升級性問題以保障銷售進程.
5.Provide company the updated market information such as market trends, potential customer business status/preference and competitors updates and etc. for company’s long term business strategy reference.
向公司更新市場信息,如市場趨勢、潛在客戶的業(yè)務狀態(tài)/偏好、競爭對手信息等,以供公司長期業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略的參考.
6.Initiatively update knowledge on products as well as continuously improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.
積極更新對產(chǎn)品的認知并提高專業(yè)技能,了解及匹配客戶需求,促成二次開發(fā).
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根據(jù)業(yè)務需要,完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作.
Location: 華東地區(qū)或天津
Job qualifications
1.Bachelor degree 本科學歷
2.Laser Technology, Optics or related mjoreds 激光技術,光學相關專業(yè)
3.Min 3-5 years of experience as a sales engineer or solutions engineer in laser industry and related . 至少3-5年在激光或相關行業(yè)擔任銷售或方案工程師的經(jīng)驗.
4.Skills:-Knowledge on laser products and the application in Manufactuing industries. 了解激光產(chǎn)品及其在制造領域的應用.
-Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills. 優(yōu)秀的溝通, 談判和說服的能力.
-Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel...) and present skills.良好的辦公軟件技能及演說能力.
5.English is capable in daily working environment in including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英語可以成功運用在日常的工作環(huán)境下(包含聽說讀寫方面).
6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責任心和客戶導向意識.
7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具備獨立應對問題的能力, 思維開放,富有團隊合作意識.
8.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學習的能力
9.Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must能夠適應必須的不規(guī)則的商務差旅.
10.Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗壓能力強,具有強大的自我激勵和目標驅(qū)動意識.
11.Rich good network to customer in the laser industry or related is preferable 在激光應用工業(yè)領域或相關行業(yè)有豐富的客戶人脈資源更好
12.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
