概述 由于飛機(jī)部件裝配、老化等原因,某些部件、舵面、氣動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的間隙和平齊度會(huì)發(fā)生變化,通常需要參考AMM或SRM檢查部件結(jié)構(gòu)性、功能性和氣動(dòng)性structurally, functionally and aerodynamically acceptable to engineering.,其中氣動(dòng)性主要指間隙和平齊度,并通過(guò)測(cè)算驗(yàn)證氣動(dòng)效應(yīng)值NEV是否在限制范圍NEL內(nèi),或在可接受范圍內(nèi)(acceptable as is without any additional adjustments)。 常見(jiàn)的氣動(dòng)性要求相關(guān)章節(jié)某些舵面、門(mén)的安裝和調(diào)節(jié):如前緣襟翼安裝:27-81-11-400-801 ,Leading Edge Flap Installation;主起落架門(mén)調(diào)節(jié):32-13-11-820-801Main Landing Gear Shock Strut Door Adjustment;32-13-21-000-801Main Landing Gear Wing Door Adjustment;吊架的氣動(dòng)性要求:54-52-00-200-801Aerodynamic Smoothness Requirements;54-52-09-200-801Aerodynamic Smoothness Requirements for the Leading Edge Gap Covers飛機(jī)氣動(dòng)性要求:SRM 51-10-01-0G-0 GENERAL - Aerodynamic Smoothness Requirements 相關(guān)名詞net effect value (NEV)凈效應(yīng)值net effect limit (NEL)凈效應(yīng)限制NEA凈效應(yīng)參數(shù) 平齊度與間隙的NEV測(cè)算平齊度常用step、misfair、mismatch表述間隙常用gap、clearance表述平齊度測(cè)量一般沿氣流方向,有正負(fù)之分,常見(jiàn)的示意圖如下:綜合上述圖示:A negative tolerance (-) indicates the face of the mismatch faces aft.負(fù)向間隙指錯(cuò)配交界面背向氣流.A positive tolerance (+) indicates the face of the mismatch is into the air stream.正向間隙指錯(cuò)配交界面迎著氣流.簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)即:阻擋氣流前進(jìn)的臺(tái)階面step,平齊度misfair/mismatch為正公差positive tolerance (+) ,反之為負(fù)公差negative tolerance (-)。不同的平齊度對(duì)應(yīng)的氣動(dòng)凈效應(yīng)值NEV不同,需根據(jù)相應(yīng)的圖表(table或figure)轉(zhuǎn)換,轉(zhuǎn)換后相加所有的NEV值,取其平均值,與凈效應(yīng)限制NEL比較,驗(yàn)證是否在范圍內(nèi),即是否滿足氣動(dòng)性要求。間隙氣動(dòng)性測(cè)算類(lèi)似。 NEA說(shuō)明某些間隙與平齊度,與其對(duì)應(yīng)的NEV成線性關(guān)系,可設(shè)定特定的參數(shù)NEA對(duì)應(yīng)1.0的NEV,利用線性插值linear interpolation的方法計(jì)算具體的NEV。如吊架氣動(dòng)性測(cè)量中:如上,對(duì)于間隙gap,要求的范圍是0.1250±0.080 inch,當(dāng)間隙為0時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)NEV為0,當(dāng)間隙為NEA=0.1850時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)NEV為1.則間隙x對(duì)應(yīng)的NEV為:x/NEA.對(duì)于平齊度,要求范圍是±0.06inch,當(dāng)平齊度為0時(shí),NEV為0,當(dāng)平齊度為-NEA=0.04時(shí),NEV為1.則平齊度y對(duì)應(yīng)的NEV為:y/NEA,取絕對(duì)值。 Tips1、氣動(dòng)性參數(shù)在正常維護(hù)過(guò)程中改變的可能性較小,除非有變形、凹坑等結(jié)構(gòu)損傷,或更換連桿、作動(dòng)筒等作動(dòng)部件,或調(diào)節(jié)作動(dòng)長(zhǎng)度,或磨損松動(dòng)等缺陷,若發(fā)現(xiàn)或有疑慮,檢查正常后可查詢(xún)出廠數(shù)據(jù),是否波音出廠時(shí)即是這樣。2、通常平齊度為負(fù),即不阻擋氣流方向時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)的NEV較小,計(jì)算所得平均值也較小,更容易滿足氣動(dòng)性要求。所以,若可以,調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)盡量靠近負(fù)平齊度方向,遠(yuǎn)離正偏差。本文來(lái)自:機(jī)務(wù)論壇
