有些潛友在考證的時候恐怕都不知道自己考的是什么系統，直到收到了證書之后可能在對這些英文代碼有些印象。另一些潛友雖然聽說過，恐怕也沒有對比過除了這個系統之外，還有哪些其他的系統可供選擇，他們之間的優劣勢是什么。其實，各大潛水系統之間的級別是互相承認的，但是他們的叫法不盡相同。這時，就有必要了解一下自己所考的潛水級別相當于其他系統的什么等級。

三大潛水系統的最初級潛水級別對等表格

以下的表格比較了PADI, SDI和SSI系統的潛水級別，這個也不是很好翻譯成中文，大家還是最好了解一下英文。

如果之前學習的識別的系統的課程，再轉學SDI, TDI 和ERDI系統的課程之前，建議教練要對學生的技能進行測試。如果一年沒有潛水，在潛水之前最好進行水肺復習。

隨著時間的推進，潛水課程的內容和標準會不斷地更新，所以復習水肺潛水是非常有必要的。上面的表格過一段時間也未必準確了。

國際水肺潛水學校

（Scuba Schools International，SSI）

1970年成立，現今為發卡數量第二多的系統
