基于ls-dyna的多球打擊靶板磨損模擬

一、工程背景

磨損在工程上普遍存在,目前通常的做法是通過隱式算法計算應力,再根據一系列計算公式來近似獲取沖蝕率。而lsdyna可以直接計算磨損沖蝕,因此為工程使用提供了便利。

本項目基于LSDYNA進行多個顆粒物對靶材的多次沖蝕,計算靶板的磨損狀況。其中,靶材被沖掉的材料除以沖擊的顆粒的質量,叫沖蝕率。

顆粒是白剛玉,靶材是TC4。單位制:長度單位是100微米,質量是g,時間是微秒。

模型如下圖所示:

二、幾何模型及材料

幾何模型包括靶板和6個球體。在WORKBENCH下建立整體模型。

靶板為鈦合金板,采用JC本構,并采用3號沙漏I及0.1的沙漏系數;球為剛體rigid本構。

三、單元及有限元網格

在workbench下劃分網格,靶板頂部及中心進行加密,加密處網格尺寸為6微米。網格數60萬以上。靶板采用全六面體網格,球采用四面體網格。網格如下圖所示:

單元全部采用lagrange算法。

采用11us計算時長。

八、求解

求解過程如下,6核cpu計算時間需要不到1min。

九、重啟動求解

求解一定時間后,需要修改k文件,刪除第一個剛體球及其與靶板的接觸。然后利用重啟動技術,繼續進行第二個小球的撞擊分析,再重啟動進行第3個小球的撞擊。。。

十、結果分析

通過計算,2次彈體打擊靶板過程中,靶板的質量衰減如下圖。
