1.打開(kāi)名稱(chēng)blank.lin和die.lin的文件
2.進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格的劃分。
首先進(jìn)行毛料的網(wǎng)格劃分。利用tool/the Blank Generator可以。然后選擇boundaryline和surface中的surface，設(shè)置坯料半徑為6.0（默認(rèn)）。
其次進(jìn)行凹模的網(wǎng)格劃分。利用 Preprocess/Elements /Surface Mesh可以完成。
3.網(wǎng)格檢查。
首先進(jìn)行Auto Plate Normal。利用Preprocess/Model Check對(duì)話框可以完成。
再次進(jìn)行Display Model Boundary。clear掉邊界曲線。
4.快速設(shè)置
a.利用下模具分離出壓邊圈。
b.定義拉深模具定義凹模壓邊圈和毛料及其厚度，材料。

5.后處理 POST PROCESSING (with PostGL)
I. Reading the Results File into the Post Processor(*.dyn)
II. Animating Deformation
動(dòng)畫(huà)顯示變形過(guò)程
III. Animating Thickness and FLD
觀察隨著拉深的進(jìn)行，零件厚度和FLD(forming limiting diagram)的變化動(dòng)畫(huà)。
IV. Plotting Single Frames
觀測(cè)單幀動(dòng)畫(huà)
V. Writing an AVI File
輸出動(dòng)畫(huà)顯示文件

6.傳統(tǒng)設(shè)置
a.利用lowtool偏置出uptool
b.利用lowtool偏置出lowring
c. Separate LOWRING and LOWTOOL
d.Tool Definition 凸凹模設(shè)置和壓邊圈設(shè)置
e.Defining the Blank and Setting up Processing Parameters
定義毛料和拉深參數(shù)
