Is it right that we can not make any 2D analysis with the Designstar

Really we can make 2d analysis with DStar 2006. Only you must create
geometry with sketch and surfaces.

Actually, if i create a sketch and then a surface based on this sketch in
DS 2006, I can only create studies with shells elements and not with plane
elements.

Perhaps there is an option to activate ?
