各位大神，Abaqus中對(duì)部件劃分網(wǎng)格之后，運(yùn)行程序時(shí)出現(xiàn)如下錯(cuò)誤

The geometry of 23 elements is too distorted. Check the nodal coordinates or node numbering on elements identified in element set ErrElemDistorted.

不知道具體該如何解決？

對(duì)部件厚度修改之后不會(huì)出現(xiàn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，已經(jīng)使用四面體劃分，網(wǎng)格細(xì)化，也已經(jīng)使用了virtual topology。

急求解決方法，多謝
