做了個簡單的嵌入cohesive層的層合板壓縮仿真，提交計算出現這種問題：There is no element available in the model to control the stable time increment for Step 1. Please add a deformable element to control the stable time increment. Alternatively, you can use DIRECT TIME INCREMENTATION to perform the analysis at a user specified time increment.這個問題出現是在出現元素過度扭曲時我在step模塊改成adaptive mesh之后出現的，之后再把step改回來就成這個問題了
