1、The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input. Please try meshing with another mesh method or different mesh options.

The second question:
Right click on the message and click "Show problematic geometry" and see if that points towards problematic faces in your model. Once found, clean it up in CAD or SpaceClaim or DesignModeler and retry.
